PS3 Seeker of truth trophy

I'am not sure where to put this but:
I've gone back to my PS3 from my PC to get all the trophys in the game but the trophy to clear binding coil seems to be a problem, beating T5 on PS3 is way to difficult thanks to the control scheme and low fps and overall unbearable and when I say low fps I'am talking like 5 fps.
Not to say T5 its self is hard as I have cleared multiple times on my PC.
Is there anyway to get this on a turn that is a little more possible on my PS3 like T1?
I really don;t want to go through all the pain of this just to platinum an awesome MMO. :<

I know plenty of PS3ers who have cleared T5. What are you finding difficult? BRD is not particularly tricky with the cross hotbar. Probably one if the easier jobs with a controller actually.

Whe I play on PC (laptop or desktop) I use a controller, I ave a PS3, and a PS4. Needless to say, my g/f plays games on the PS3 and we wach netflix on it. FFXIV gets played for the mos part on my new desktop & PS4 only. PS4 T5 is np.

As a worst case scenario, T5 can be solo heal solo tanked - I would try and find strong progression players in my Free Company/friends list and ask for their help. Flipside is use he Part Finder, but then, I probably wouldn't join a PF that said "T5 hoping to be carried" haha. IDK, there are people in my FC who've cleared on the PS3, as MT, solo healer, etc, so it can be done. Practice Practice Practice.

Could always change the hdd to a solid state, you won't have much trouble with 5 after if you really want to plat. What's your console handle btw? I love looking at collector profiles.

if youre having fps drops in t5 then your ps3 might just be too old x.x.
disable nameplates, skills, get rid of useless ui elements... Ive never dropped fps in t5 so sounds odd. how old is your ps3?

FFXIV was my 39th platinum trophy :D

Its like one of the first few that came out when the ps3 was released, I usually get around 10 to 15 fps in low populated places. and drops pretty badly in coil even doing all I can to help the fps like turning off effects and so on.

Lol T5 hard on PS3, I cleared 1st & 2nd coil on ps3 do 2nd coil every week, do sales for Primals/T5 almost everyday all on PS3. Hearing people complain is amusing lol

Its DragonBorn9617, Realm reborn was the first game I got on my PS3 and I normaly 100% what I can on the first game I buy for a new console so yeah no platinums yet, plenty of achivements on my xbox though lol

Its not the turn thats hard but the low frame rate that makes it near impossible for me I'am lucky to get around 5 frames in T5
