Hyur Creation Issues

Hey all,

When I tried creating a character, I first picked Hyur, but it didn't seem to work out. When I clicked on Hyur, the male Hyur zoomed back like every other race, but then the game just sorta froze. The yellow circle around his feet continued to rotate, however. Also, I didn't get this problem with any of the other races.

Any thoughts on what's going on or how I can fix it?

Sorry don't know how to edit, but I think I should for clarity. When I pick Hyur, it zooms out like how it normally would to let me pick the clan, but the other characters that represent the other clans don't show up and the choices on the right don't show up. The ring does still rotate and the particles in the background continue to fall. So, it doesn't seem to completely freeze, but it doesn't let me continue with the character creation process or go back and pick another race.
