Friend played 14 day trial to lvl 20. Then she got the collectors download edition off of amazon and registed the game but the in game items havent shown up in here mail. She even logged out. Do these take awhile to arrive? she doesnt have to make new character right?
As far as i remember it was instant/relog instant. Did she register it to her trial account she made?
She may have started a new service account when she launched the game. Have her check the mog station to see if the existing character is under the same service account she registered the full game to.
