SE Please Remove Rank Matching Delay in Wolves Den

Queues have all but died since this has been put in, and it does nothing. Every game I am forced to wait in a queue for a ridiculous amount of time, and every game I am put with low ranking people anyway. The only thing the rank matching is doing is killing queue times for higher ranks; it isn't balancing teams.

Although I'd love this as well, the only problem I potentially see with it are high ranked players getting constantly queued against low ranked and inexperienced players, and completely demolishing them over and over. The priority is given to low ranked players to go against low ranked players for fair fights first, and then when there are none, high ranked players are finally allowed to join. I honestly do hate the wait time as well though, and I think this problem would be fixed by simply adding more incentive (such as rankings, rating, and rewards) for people to queue Wolves' Den. Inexperienced players would go against similar people, and highly experienced players would go against others because there is a reason to queue again and everyone is happy. No competition = no participation.

The problem is that high ranking players are already queuing, but unless you have two full groups of R40 (or any other rank), then there is a huge delay on queue pops due to the low rank of the rest of the team members. There simply are not enough high ranks playing at all times of the day for this to not be a problem.

The only time we get insta queues is when we coordinate and have all rank 40's. If even one group is short a R40 and has, say, a rank 30, then queues are delayed by 5 minutes or more.

Also, and maybe i'm wrong here, but it seems like if a queue drops (for example a 7/8 fail) then the wait timer is reset and we are forced to wait for our 'rank' to sync down to the other players again. High ranks get pretty screwed with this system.

this happens anyway. i can recall several matches where i'm queued for non-50s wolves den i'm r40 and get grouped with players who I see in gray quest or 50 job gear and their first wolves den match achievement. i get low rank/inexperienced under-geared scrubs and when the gate opens i see full high-allaghan players who i know at least 3 or all 4 are r38+ and my team just literally gets 2-3 shotted and theres nothing i can do about it because my team are noobies. or when i queue for 50s and i get all low rank, pve-geared players and then get put against a full r40 team in full pvp 100 gear. also vice versa, i got grouped with a full rank 40 team and i felt sorry for their team cuz we hulk smashed them; it was no competition at all. so ya, this happens anyway so may as well reduce the queue times by removing the match-making.

Like Koltik said, the volume of high rank players just isn't there anymore for the match-making to even be worth having anymore. it was cool when it was implemented when there were lots of ppl playing, but now Wolves Den has grown cob webs and for those of us high ranks that still like to do it over FL, we wait and wait and wait and get grouped with ranks that the system was designed to prevent.
