So I just returned to the game, I'm i90 (previous cap). What all has been added that drops i100+ gear? I know of Syrcus and Soldiery items. Obviously, there's T6-9, but that's what I'm trying to gear for. So inbetween Soldiery caps and Syrcus weekly lockouts, are there other events for me to farm? Thanks for the help :D

I resubbed 2 week ago and found myself in the same situation. The quickest way to gear up is (1) doing hunts (soldiery tomes and seals) for ilvl100 and upgrade to 110, (2) try get som nice filler ilvl100 gear in ST, (3) try to progress through coil for ilvl110 gear.
You can also upgrade your relic, though I find grinding fates too damn boring so I just stopped that. As a scholar I farm Ramuh Extreme for the ilvl100 weapon until I can get my hand on the high allegan (115) one. You also get some nice accessories doing the ex primals.
For weapons, farm Leviathan and Ramuh. With Levi, you get the i95 weapon which can be upgraded to i100 by another drop Levi has. Not to mention Ramuh also drops i100 weapons as well as i100 rings.
As for Soldiery, doing the expert roulette gives you 80 sol per day, and like Arni said Hunts also helps you reach cap QUICK.
Note: Also, for weapons, if you find yourself entirely unlucky like me where Levi and Ramuh NEVER drop weapons for you (and don't want to grind out Atma) you can save your soldiery tomes each week to buy 10 Rowena Tokens and farm Syrcus Tower for an Unidentified Allagan Tomestone to buy your i100 weathered weapon--which you can upgrade to i110 with a Sands of Time you can get from hunting.

You can also spam 1st Coil of Bahamut turn 1 and 4. Those 2 are very good since it's just kill everything and don't die strategy. Gears are level 90 as well. Hunt is definitely the best options to gear to level 90 fairly easy. Soldiery cap still will limit most people for 3 months before they can gear one job completely. You do want to mix and match with Syrcus Tower to get level 100 gears. And do 2nd Coil once you have good mix and match gears lvl 90-100.
OK stay out of 1st Coil, person suggesting that obviously didn't read your post, there is nothing in there for someone with ilvl 90 already. Hunts are a good idea if you're into joining a horde. PvP will also get you soldiery and myth along with PvP ranks. Syrcus tower is nice for a weekly drop, ilvl 100 armors and Allagan Tomestone for a weathered weapon are there. Farming Ramuh for a better weapon probably won't work depending on your server and/or friends. Leviathan has nice weapons also.
