New Wards in 2.35?

So my Free Company has not been able to upgrade our house to another ever since someone put their chocobo in our stable and has not logged in in over 2 weeks. The lands we wanted to buy/upgrade are already bought now. A lot of us farmed our butts off to get that gil for the new land.

No GM could help us, no emergency maintenance, and forums miss information on making us think a GM can help us. Now the Devs telling us to wait for 2.35. I think it would be fair if they add new wards in 2.35 for the people who had this issue like us.. We all love this game even through the hard times, so we our prepared for whatever SE throws at us.

I'll be honest; I'm of the mind that if you wanted a big(ger) house, you should have bought it from the start. The only reason to "settle" for a smaller house would be that every Large/Medium house in all three residential areas are already taken.

Well, keep in mind they haven't implemented the inactive FC house reclamation system that was planned for 2.3. Personally, there has been a small house across the path from my FC's house that hasn't been touched since a month after it was bought, and I'm sure it's not the only one. Though, I suppose that wouldn't help as much for opening up M/L spots.

They said somewhere new wards will be added. I think it was a response a while back on the forums. I know you're not the only person to have this issue though. An FC can't kick a player who has a room or stabled chocobo. They can't relinquish the house of it has an existing room that belongs to a player. The only thing you can do is all leave the fc and start from scratch.

That doesn't solve your issue of no available land though.

The 3-4 mansion spots are taken so lets add more wards again? That isn't how it works. You telling me all the Large plots in all 6 Wards of all 3 Nations are claimed? Or are you just pissy that you can't get that Large plot by the beach in Mist? I will only buy an argument for more Wards if all the Wards are mostly filled because I've too often seen these threads where it turns out someplace like The Goblet on the OPs server is still mostly empty and they just refuse to settle for anything other than x Plot in Mist. It sucks that someone stabling a chocobo left and they're fixing this in 2.35, but it's not a reason to add Wards. Whether or not there's houses, the Wards consume server resources and we have Personal Housing that's going to need their own Wards in either 2.35 or 2.38. They aren't about to add FC Wards until the Personals are in place.

On Balmung, The Mist and Lavender Beds are filled to capacity. All that's left are four large plots in The Goblet. I would like to see more wards so people aren't locked out of cool content like chocobo raising. It's just unrealistic for some companies to afford a large house.
