I have noticed this in a few locations mostly to the west of Camp Brittle Bark, around 14 e/w 18 n/s cord. Also in a few spots in La Noscea around Aleport.
Happens every time I play. (I made a dumb move and didn't read the sticky if you need more info please don't hesitate to ask)
