NVIDIA Shadowplay help?

it's been almost a year since it was released and I still couldn't record this game.
I understand my PC's specs is not that high end, but I think it's not the case since almost every game I play Shadowplay can recognize except for FFXIV :p /frustration

any advice?

my rig:
GPU: GeForce GTX 650 Ti
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.30 GHZ
Memory: 8GB
Resolution: 1600 x 900 60Hz
OS: Windows 8.1 single language

I've read solutions on playing FFXIV on fullscreen etc, done that, NVIDIA GeForce experience itself optimized the game for me. one thing I hadn't done yet is install the game in my Steam folder, because it's ridiculous. my other MMOs like LOTRO and D&D:Neverwinter were installed in other folders in separate drives, yet Shadowplay can recognize them. I don't know what I'm missing.
