Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can give me a bit more information on this. For those who don't know, it's a new event of sorts where an endless wave of imperial soldiers (level 30) raid a camp for a set time period. I don't know which camps it occurs at nor how often it occurs. Info. so I can do it would be appreciated!

Still a new, unannounced activity so there's a lot to learn.
Best bet is to wait in uldah by the repair NPC and when you see "Alfgar" shouting about the empire attacking talk to him, He will tell you they are just north of horizon. You will see a NPC with a chocobo talk to him to gain the quest to help attack the troops. AS for respawn times i am not sure of that.
Respawn time is fairly short.
I was doing the one near Tranquil and it seemed to occur every 20 minutes or so (I should have paid more attention to the clock).
Oops. It seems that it's not quite so often.
There is an NPC that appears at the nearby camp, shouting about the Imperial forces invading. While the NPC is there, the event seems to happen quite frequently. But when the NPC is not present, the event doesn't take place.
Not sure how often the NPC shows up. ><
I also seen the militia NPC north of Horizon around 11:45PM EST and helped kill some of the Imperial forces. The NPC vanished when it finished and got a chest. Still gotta find out how often these attacks happen.
