il93 WHM hoping to find static

i dont have garuda ex, but i know the fight inside and out, and ive tried t5 and made it to phase 3. i am a fast learner and i am more than willing to dedicate the time i have to party. i would like to not change FCs as i like the one im in, but we dont seem to be interested in a fc static group yet. i dont have the best gear set, but with doing the coil and hunts on the side, i expect to get that up relatively fast.
