In Game Festivals?

How often do in game festivals happen? I started playing the last weekend of the Hatching Tide festival but I wasn't high enough level to participate at the time. I've heard about a few past festivals and they sounded like fun. I know the game is still fairly new but are there any annual festivals or anything like that?

Hatching Tide (Easter), Little Ladies Day, Valentiones Day (Valentines), Heavensturn (New Years), Starlight Celebration (Christmas), All Saints Wake (Halloween), Moonfire Faire

It should be soon, Moonfire Faire is a late-summer festival.
