FC ransoms (stabling chocobo)

Ok, to a extent I can understand why personal housing give some amnesty when being kicked out of the FC as it is 300k base with the potential of multi millions in a room, but why does stabling your chocobo also prevent you from being kicked? It is insanely annoying and shouldn't be the case. x,x
