Hunt Spawn Locations

So I enjoy the hunts, its social, casual, and eventually leads to better gear for me which I might not get a chance otherwise since RL gets the best of me.

However, I was looking at hunts a bit closer the past couple of days and came up with either a realization or just a theory that needs to be buried or confirmed. This is where the rest of you come in since like stated above, I don't have the necessary time to put into this thought process.

I've noticed personally that every single A mark or S mark (can't for sure say B as they spawn so frequently) seem to spawn outside of any, and I mean ANY, fates, which could be up or not. I'm just wondering that in conclusion, if these marks do not spawn in fate areas whether the fates are up or not, if the map could be condensed to where they do spawn, essentially making the hunt a bit more forward as to where we are searching for them.
