does high dlv skill affect higher chances of rare desynths?

so far i have desynthed 8 artisan spectacles with no chance of single mastercraft or fieldcraft III

according on asking around and jade blog

most of them confirm that rose gold ingot is rarest desynth reward from artisan spectacles

which for crazy reason got 3/8

so i need to gather word from all over crafters to make a percentage table if possible

i know jade did perfect job giving us percentage table but still 100 artisan spectacles is too few to make it correct

also trying to know if high dlv skill make rare desynth rewards got higher chance the lower skill
