T5 practice groups

Attempted T5 for the first time yesterday with two people from my FC and the rest pug group. Needless to say it was a complete disaster. Mostly I think due to lack of communication. I guess people don't want to spend the time discussing strategy once the duty started.
So I was wondering if there are any practice groups on Zodiark for T5 that I could join or if people are interested in forming a new one?
I'm on SCH and the other two people from my FC are on WHM and DRG.
