Just curious as to who likes going into new fights with no idea what's going on. Me personally I don't like being an MP sponge so I read up on it or watch a video so I have an idea of what to do.
What about you guys?

If it's brand new content I love going in to it fresh, if it has been out a while I will read up on it a bit.
God, no. Do you know what kind of injury and health risks that has?
If it's dungeons, yes, that's the fun of doing it with a small FC who wants to try out new things.
For Raids / Primals, no, because I know we're gonna be spending a lot of time learning the fight, and the less "I need to learn", the faster we can get that boss down to 0%
After updates when content is brand new I like going in completely raw. If it's been out for a while I do research, usually asking friends who have cleared it before to explain. Videos don't help me because if my run doesn't go exactly as the video did, my brain goes "Hrrrrrrnnnnngggg" and I get stressed. If I have general instructions my brain doesn't go into "This is just like what we saw" mode and it works out fine. :P
I always go in blind.
Yes, because I'm one of those that simply cannot retain a damn thing from almost any video of this sort. I need to see the stuff with my own eyes, in person.
this sums it up although saying that i went into titan EX raw after mr happy posted his "guide" that everyone used like a holy text XD
the only times i don't read up is when its a all FC group or a group of my friends and i ask for no move spoilers and have a hell of a lot of fun figuring out mechanics even if they are slightly old :D
I like going into fights fresh and new ^o^ for me it adds to the mystery of things and I like learning by doing and going "ooooh so THAT'S how this works!" I'm not afraid to ask questions though, but I like being surprised.
