Digital Fanfest Tickets?

Some of us have work. Some have children / other obligations. Some just could not get tickets because they were sold out.

Blizzard understood these issues and let fans buy digital tickets, letting them participate in the fun and prizes.

I dont get to meet Yoshida, I don't get to ask the Dev team questions. I definitely won't get to try beating Ramuh / ?Shiva? Live in front of thousands.
How do I get to be part of something that is "for the fans" and not just "for people with money and free time".
