I sent a recruitment invite to a friend and he ended up just buying the game instead of playing through the trial period. The problem now is that he can't join my server. I don't understand the point of the recruitment program if it's not going to let my friends play with me. what do I do? pls halp Q.Q
Character creation lockouts are based on the number of players currently logged into the server. There is a list posted four times a day on the lodestone with the current restrictions, but the restrictions tend to change more frequently then that. Generally the best time to create a new character on a popular server like Balmung is going to be during the week in off hours, such as very early in the morning or late at night. It may take a few attempts to find a time when there servers are open, so keep trying. :)
