Treasure map drops adjusted?

is it just me? or has something been "adjusted" with the Peist and Boarskin maps? since the most recent patch i have been in peistskin map parties of 4 or more players each with atleast 2 peistskin maps and never once had chimera pop or have a 5k gil pay out. even had a 4 man party once where Alpha Basilisk popped on every single players map but 1 party member; he ended up with back to back chimera pops and 2 unhidden maps. next persons map and we were back to Alpha Basilisk. since treasure hunting maps were introduced i have never seen this amount of just trash drops from maps. 10-12 maps and nothing but maybe 2 or 3 sought after items? then add in the solo boarskin maps with horrible rewards. . .is it just me? did the rng turn super ugly? or did we get a ninja adjustment to the treasure maps?

Its random. When I used to run pieste maps a lot (really need to start it again), sometimes I'd go a week only seeing one or two "good" maps (out of 30-50 or more maps), other weeks we'd get tons of 5K chests (I'm pretty sure we got 2 Bluebirds in one session once :O ).

Boarskin maps are always a toss-up; always have been. I would bet I average about...average. Mostly decent maps, an occasional good and an occasional bad. Same with Toad and Goat and Leather.

ok thanks! my luck must have gone south since the last maint then. >< in all my map hunt parties i have only seen 1 minion drop but other than that most maps were pretty decent.
