Looking for a free company or even some friends...

Ok! Listen, I've played on Garuda server for a little while now and just started to realize something, it's a Japanese server world... :(
But! I have not giving up hope, even though I can't talk to anyone cause I can only speak English... Anyways why I'm asking is, is there any free company's that are English based
( as in the language, not the country) if so, please recruit me!!!, and if not well are there any people who want to jut party up and play if so that'd be great:)
