Allied Seals and obtaining Sands of time.

So I have the UAT from ST and I am farming the 1.3k Soldiery needed for my 100 weapon.

I have 750 Seals so I could buy my sands of time now too by buying 3 books.

The thing is I don't wanna waste the seals buying 3 books since I have 3 weeks before I will reach 1300 Soldiery and thus, 3 weeks of farming Hunts and chances of getting free Books as drops.

My question is do you think I'm safe holding onto these seals and not spending them, is there a chance SE will make the books cost more or unobtainable through hunts soon something like that?

The next patch is a week and a half or so away, in the last live letter they mentioned they wanted to do hunt adjustments, but made it seem like it would be to the daily rewards. You never know with SE though.

If they raised prices now or made logs harder to obtain, that would be really, really mean to all the people who have been waiting for the hype to die down. I think you don't need to worry about logs becoming more expensive or harder to obtain in the future.

Understandable to wait and see, but I don't see anything wrong with getting the sands now, doubt they'll make any changes that dramatic (if anything, probably just yield more seals per mark). While you're farming for the next 3 weeks for the soldiery tomes, you'll probably accrue enough seals for another set of 3 books by then, if not more. You'll have a 110 weapon and a 110 body piece by then :)

Regardless of what they do to hunts, getting i110 gear will only get easier with time.

Sands are also going to be added to ST in time. So even if they screw up hunts so you can't get your sand, then you'll have an alternative *soon*.

On the other hand, I don't see any downside to just buying the sand and storing it until your weathered weapon is ready.

save your seals til you can save 1300 sol.
who knows whats gonna go down on the 19th.
and if you get lucky with hunts before then, just save at least 750.

I feel so sorry for you having to make this difficult decision. I have 0 Sands of Time from many T8 clears and am still using the Weathered Book of Spades I earned through clearing T7. I refuse to participate in the immature behaviour ridden hunt, what should I do!? I'm afraid SE is going to Echo buff 2nd Coil before I can find a static that won't make me stay up til 2am.

Uninstalling and unsubbing should fix it, I heard the RNG gets better when people with trash attitude stop pestering the game.
