Raid Times: Monday - Thursday. 5:30pm PST - 8:30pm PST.
90% bi-monthly Raid Attendance required.

We're precisely looking for players who can maximize the potential of their class while doing mechanics, Not one or the other. We also expect you to understand the basic math or algorithm behind your rotation and/or gear. A simple example of the quality of player we are looking for would be: Ayvar Bjornstad, a post from a previous <Advent Union> member who quit the game.
REQUIREMENTS- ~i110 w/ i110+ weapon.
- T9 clear with T11 experience & an exceptional raiding background in other MMORPGs.
- Must be versatile in more than one class, and your "main" class must have all of it's cross-class abilities.
- You must comply to our Trial-by-Fire process and partial-militant raiding environment.
- We are not a learning Free Company. We expect you to know the fights through your own experience or research that is available online.
