<LiMo> Rebuilding Raider and Recruiting New Players!

Hello Zalera! Naughty Lil Monsters <LiMo> limo.guildwork.com is recruiting for all players.

For new players I am looking for those looking to go through training by myself or any OP officer available in my FC. I am looking for those that are goal oriented and lookign to enjoy the game in all of its content. I prefer open minded players that are strong willed and fans of the game and willing to grow from the bottom up. Loyalty, patience, fun, hard work, and dedication is what I am looking for. This is a place where people actually help each other as a team and run things as Free Company members of <LiMo>. We have daily actions in place to allow for the EXP bonus for 10%.

For endgame players, I am also recruiting. We once had a great team and am looking to build a brand new flagship raid team, but due to real life situations and conflicts of time has since disbanded. The requirements are heavier for my raiders that are coming into the Free Company as level 50s without having being a home grown player and wil be described in the next posts.

I currently have one player aiming to be a Company Crafter/Supplier.
I need at least 2 more full time crafters and MANY part time crafters. Our guild currently has access to Goldsmith/Blacksmith/Weaver/Carpenter/Alchemist/Leatherworker craft benches to promote levelign of crafting classes as they give a CP boost for players.

I expect endgame raiders to be learned ahead of time. This means you look up material in prep for raids. You hunt to gear yourself. You optimize your rotation for multiple situations. You watch SEVERAL videos and several DIFFERENT strategies for raids. You also spend time outside of schedule to practice if it is a Primal fight. You are well rested for all raids. You make an active effort to help someone else (that is not yet at endgame) within your free company progress with their game. We will be building a cycle of production of the best players. This only happens when you pass on your knowledge and help those who are not in your spot. You do not expect a carry. You do not raid only ONE hour a night.

I am looking for medium-hardcore players for the flagship raid team. Current spots filled: Monk/Dragoon/Tank for the flagship team.

I also want endgame players to build their own groups with my help and guidance and standards. They will be a mirror image of the flagship team and we will continue to produce these teams in this fashion. We are aiming to be the best. That takes alot of work. If you don't want to put in that work, this is not for you.

I prefer multiclass raiders but it is not required. Multiclass raiders have an edge of understanding other perspectives in the battle and makes you an asset to any team.

If you are an endgame player coming into the FC and do not wish to be part of the Raid teams and want to casually play and socialize and do runs here and there. We would gladly accept you as well. Our guild can use the casuals as they can keep things quite interesting sometimes and keeps everyone from hating each other should any raids not go the way they are planned. So please join us as you may be able to help a lower level player or perhaps may want to have access to players that know raids quite well and want to learn when something piques your interests.
