MNK and DRG's hit box ?

Not sure if hit box of MNK and DRG are same range.
To me, it's weird that barehands can reach where the lance does.

If SE increase hit range of DRG a bit so they don't have to worry to some boss's
mechanic and dps of DRG should be up on par to MNK does ?

Any thought ?

Yes, i also think they have the same range.

Back in FFT, spear can hit enemy 2 boxes away but fist/sword/dagger is 1 box.
In FFXIV I doubted spear and fist have same attack range.

OP is saying they do and that doesn't make sense. I'll agree, idk if it matters much; you couldn't take drg that far out of things without making polearm look silly.

Oh I read it wrong. Then yes DRG should have longer range than Monk in that case lol.

All melee classes have the same hit range. Back in 1.x DRG could hit from slightly farther away, but it really didn't matter to much.
Pro Tip: A mobs hit box extends past there targeting circle, meaning you can actually be fairly far away from the mob to hit it. MNKs included :)

They Both have a Range of 3 Yalms. IMO DRGs should have 5 Yalms MNKs and other Melee should have 3.
