Nearly constant, horrible lag

Can anyone explain to me why I'm getting insane lag with 21.7MBps down and a 61ms ping to FF servers?

Server is Mateus; I'm playing from the central U.S.

When I started playing a few months ago (6-ish), it actually wasn't nearly this bad, except seldomly, in dungeons. But now I'm starting to ask myself why I'm paying for something that only half-works, tbh. If I were to finish the crafting content (which I can manage, despite the annoying lag), that's basically the end of the line for me, as far as content I can complete.
