So, typically, this sort of convention arranges special package deals for lodging during the event, often with the hotel hosting the event. Are there any plans to have the Rio offer a special rate to attendees, or have other hotels do so? I've been waiting to see if such an offer would go up, but as we're getting close to event time, it's about time to book a hotel regardless.
Unfortunately there are no special hotel rates specifically for Fan Festival 2014 attendees.

There isn't a specific offer for the event, but the Rio, where the event is taking place, has a lot of promo codes floating around. If you search a bit, you can find some decent discounts on rates.
