Using the same registration code on a new account?

Hello,

I am making a new account and I would like to know if I terminate my older account with the FFXIV registration if I can reuse the code for my new account?
Or will I have to rebuy the game?

Why can't you use your existing account?

Oh sorry haha, the account is for my friend not me, I'm quitting and didn't want the registration to go to waste but she doesn't want to play on my account.

he has to buy a new game in order to play , the registration code is used already so no point in even trying

1 game = 1 account
