Put Dev Tracker Posts for Localization in a different section.

Hey there,

Just light criticism, but is there any way you could set it up for Dev responses to Localization issues are seperate from other topics? While I appreciate the team keeping up with issues in localization, most of the time I am looking for Dev responses to hot issues concerning the game itself, such as response to feedback of class balance and such. With the amount, it feels like finding a needle in a hay stack. If you could look into this, it would be much appreciated, if not, its no big deal.
