On screen titles upon entering.

I never had that much of a problem but lately its starting to get to me. When I enter an area I normally don't look at the chat window like I use to in XI because now there is a large on screen message telling you where you are. I was using Duty Roulette and entered a dungeon and though it was normal till the direction was wrong and relized it was (Hard) mode. What I would like is for the skipping cut scene option to have this.
