Bug during synthing and lost all mats

Steps:

1. I started a craft of Inferno Grimoire which is 445 difficulty and 80 durability using Bouillabasse HQ food to give me a total of 395 CP.
2. I successfully moved through my 3* rotation to the final part at which point I had 244 progress and 100% quality with 3 durability left.
3. At this point in my rotation (doing all other 3* i90 synths such as cashmere/saurian/wolfram), I have Ingenuity 2 active and I use three Careful Synthesis 2 for 71 progress each to finish my craft off. On this occasion, even with Ingenuity 2 up and 30 durability remaining, the Careful Synthesis 2 rotation at the end did not do 71 progress per use, but only did ~37.
4. I have double checked my log which clearly shows that I had Ingenuity 2 active for the final part of the synth so this is not the issue and I had 30 durability remaining which is more than sufficient. Unfortunately, I lost the synth (unsurprising with these conditions) and 2mill in materials.
