Moving Hermes' Sandals?

Hello,
I began playing ffxiv back in 1.0, and at the same time played ffxi. While I did miss the Legacy payment schedule cutoff, I'd still really like my Hermes' Sandals off that 1.0 character. That character is on Aegis. When 2.0 released, all my friends played on Hyperion. Aegis being a predominantly Japanese server, and having no Server Transfer Service available that time, I had to start a new one on Hyperion. I went through several inquiry methods with the in-game GM petition service which led me here -- I would like the Hermes' Sandals moved onto my Hyperion character, even if it means the permanent deletion of my Aegis character. I'm willing to use this as my "one item restoration."
