Terrible Lag During Primetime

Been having really bad lag issues for the past week during prime time. Seems contained to this game only.

ISP is Teksavvy
located in Ontario, Canada

Tried doing a traceroute to leviathan and I see the following:

The packet loss seems to be occurring towards the end so I assume this is a Square Enix problem.. please advise me if otherwise.

Seeing around a 5% packet loss on 199.91.189.234 and 199.91.189.36 nodes if I try and ping them directly.

Speedtest I get 150ish Mb download and 10 Mb upload.

Never had this issue until recently but it's basically made instances unplayable from around 6 PM EDT until 11 PM.
