Massive Lag in PS3 version

I just had the game crash on me during a run at Dzemael Darkhold to help out a friend with their grinding and this has also happened repeatedly to my friend who also uses the PS3 version. But I have also experienced significant lag at Syrcus Tower as well and in my most recent run, we had at least 10 people among the 3 alliances suffer a disconnect.

Even though I have had my internet connection upgraded in recent months, I have seen my connection with the game getting slower, not faster. Can this issue be resolved?

Happening on ps4 too. Last night my whole group in Titan EX got 90k'd. When I was able to log back in ,i was plopped back into the instance with a whole different party fighting titan that I wasn't in.
