Haurchefant's JP voice actor

Can someone please tell me who it is? He sounds crazy familiar, but I can't quite place him. A part of me thinks he sounds like Sho Hayami, but I'm not quite sure.

If someone would be so kind. This is driving me a bit batty.

I want to know what his Japanese lines are cause that dialog just doesn't mesh with how your character reacts to it.

Ikr. I kind of got the feeling that he was going mad/crazy. But he seems like he's on our side.

I want to know who he is so I can marry him and listen to him talk for the rest of my life :D
