[Request] Additional text commands forUI manipulation

The existing commands to toggle UI elements are pretty handy, but it would be really great if we could also set their X,Y position via a command, either in percent of distance across and up/down or in pixels. This would make it easier to customize your UI for different jobs or raids. Sometimes you want the enemy list over here, sometimes you want over there.
It would also be cool if the scaleui command could be expanded to scale individual elements.

bonus not text command request: Have the main actionbars show the primary hotkey assigned to them. The side ones do, but for some reason the first few do not.
