When I obtain an HQ material, it says that it can be counted towards the number of times I can craft an item. But when I want to attempt to craft the item I get an error message saying that I lack the materials to do so even though I have all required items.
Is it actually possible to craft using an HQ item or does something have to be done to the material to make it possible to craft with?
