Company-level objectives

I've been hesitant to post this since I don't have a strong solution, but maybe mentioning the problem will start some discussion around it...

For all high end content in this game, the only meaningful rewards are those for the individual players. There is not a whole lot an FC as a whole can work towards. Housing, but that's once and done. In terms of raiding or endgame content? Nothing.

It would be interesting to see a (meaningful, continuous) reward if, for example, an FC can, together, defeat coil, EX primals, or other similar content. Not just a single static within the FC. Something where the rewards scale up if the FC can put 2, 3, 4, or more parties through coil and primals and so on. Something that benefits the FC as a whole, but be felt by individual members.

FC credits don't really matter, unfortunately. As long as you meet the minimum to maintain buffs, no one cares how much is pulled in.

Any thoughts or ideas on what could would make for good objectives & rewards to encourage FC-wide participation?

TL;DR: Company-level objectives, instead of just individual-level objectives (better gear usually), for hard content would be awesome.
