Crafting Guilds - Environment Bonuses?

Heya! So Crafting Guilds! A whole bunch of NPCs crafting there, but rarely does one see anyone over level 10-15 crafting in a guild!

Why not have an "Environment Bonus" in each of the guilds? A +10% XP / Craftsmanship / Control buff, perhaps? The buff would activate upon entering the guild, and be permanent until a player leaves the guild, much like entering/leaving a sanctuary.

I think this would inspire crafting folks to leave the market areas and go into the guilds to craft, where it seems more atmospheric.
