Weird crash since the patch

I have been getting a very off crash since the last patch. Tried to update my drivers an all the normal stuff short of reinstalling. Which will be my next step when i get annoyed enough to wait on those patches to download again.

Anyway the crash only happens when i group up (could be in any zone) and only in that first half a second or so after the group gets a kill. It will just freeze up for a second an then give me an error an close. Its not a game error (the ones with the lil blue boxes an what ever like you get on a DC) I dont have the error on hand to put in here since im normally grouping i try to get back in as fast as i can. Will edit this post next time it happens an put in any info it shows.
