2) No mention of a date yet but assuming 3 months after July's update so Oct maybe.
3) No mention of a date anywhere. i would assume next year sometime around late spring or summer maybe. -

So far the major updates (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) have roughly come out 3 months apart. That being said you can very generally get an idea as to when you should expect the updates.
That being said and with much speculation, I don't see them implementing personal housing as soon as we would like since the personal rooms are a part of the fc houses now. (Possibly a gimmick to calm the crowds for personal housing) -
