Sheathed grimoire disappears but appears when used

Steps:
1. I cannot recall when the problem exactly started but I noticed it on July 26.
2. At one point during my play time I noticed that the grimoire for my Arcanist class disappears when the item is sheathed. If casting spells the grimoire reappears in my characters hand but disappears when re-sheathed.
3. During the cinematic sequences for the level 30 Arcanist class guild quest you can see the grimoire when sheathed. Once the game returns to the players control the grimoire disappears again unless used.
4. I tried to equip different grimoires and there was no change. I stripped my character of all gear and reequipped and no change.
5. The problem appears to be isolated to my Arcanist class as my other classes show all their equipment when sheathed.
