Renewed Subscription but still is inactive.

So I renewed my subscription through the mogstation and usually when I do, mogstation takes me to the Square Enix account site which is secure and safe and I even checked all the red flags that could signify whether or not its a pishing site but when I put in my info to get it renewed it still says my account is still inactive.

Does it usually take longer than normal for it to go through? Or did I do the renewal completely wrong? any help is awesome.

Did you by chance do what i almost did a few times now. I know being in the beta awhile back actually gave me two official accounts after the game went live. Did you put the renewal on the account you play with or did you put it on something like that?
