Rebuilding T9 static recruiting Tank and 2 DPS

Hi. Our T6-T9 static recently split into (basically) halves and we are currently looking for the last 3 slots to fill ours back. Our previous group was very close to clearing Turn 9 (second set of divebombs in last phase) but mutually decided to split up due to conflicting general ideologies on group play/communication. We have had T6-T8 on farm for a while, and actually one-shot all three on our previous group's last run through them. We generally raid on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, then the following Monday if necessary. We are somewhat flexible on the start time; right now we are shooting for somewhere around 8-9 PM ET. We'll have a set time once we have an idea of everyone's schedules.

Our current "main" group comp is PLD, MNK, BRD, WHM, and SCH. We are ideally looking for a tank (preferably WAR) and 2 DPS (preferably DRG and a SMN/BLM). The SMN/BLM should be able to kite/stack Renauds in T7, but we have some flexibility with our current roles since some of us have geared alts and would be willing to switch should we find someone that particularly excels at one of our "filled" roles. We can discuss the specifics on Mumble (i.e. if you want to transfer servers and understandably want some clarity on that lol).

So yeah, on to the fun part; our requirements:

-As a bare minimum, you must have exp up to and including most of T8; obviously T9 exp and/or clear are preferable.
-Voice chat is a must (pref. Mumble).
-Must be iLvl 100+, although some leeway may be given if you excel at a slightly lower iLvl
-Touching on that last bit, we will more than likely want to run a couple things with you to get an idea of your skill level as well as how well you mesh with the group.
-Must be willing to listen to feedback and adjust accordingly.
-Lastly and most importantly, please be respectful to the group. Yeah, we're generally laid-back and like to joke around on a decent basis, but our main priority is establishing a skilled group that we WANT to be around, so basically just don't be a jerk. It's a game after all, so let's keep it fun.

***UPDATE*** We have filled the 2 DPS slots so we are just looking for a tank now. The tank slot has a little bit of wiggle room since they've been hard to come by. We are now just looking for a Tank (pref. WAR) OR DRG. The logic behind this is that if you are a tank, you can slot right in to our usual comp, but if we can find an awesome DRG, I will switch from BRD to WAR for T6-T7 (I cleared both on WAR when we half-static PUG'd them this week) and then back to BRD for T8-T9 so we will just solo tank them. An out-and-out tank would be awesome but at this point we want to firm up the group so yeah...and as a BRD I think having that piercing damage bonus for T8-T9 would be pretty sweet =x but it would have to be a top-tier DRG to warrant the swap.
