Steps:
Was in Garuda (Extreme) via Duty Finder for above quest, defeated the trial, when exiting the trial the data center crashed. Character received the "Gone with the Wind" achievement, but the quest still shows as incomplete. When clicking on the quest detail, it displayed "currently cannot display map information" message.
Unable to continue with quest line due to not having receive quest item.
