Question of curiosity regarding miqo'tes

Just how do they wear the spectacle style headgears? They have no ears on the side of their head to hook the glasses onto.

Pretty simple, actually. Since headwear magically changes shape anyway, in this case the glasses just function like a circlet does, just lower on the head. Think goggles.
