Teleport Function not going to correct destination

Is anyone else having an issue where you click a specific teleport destination but wind up in a different area than the one selected?

For example: Twice today I tried to teleport to Moraby Drydocks while doing hunts. The first time I ended up in Summerford Farms. At first I thought maybe I misclicked, but then the second time, I once again chose Moraby Drydocks and wound up in Uldah at the Aethryte Plaza and that time I know 100% that I clicked Moraby Drydocks...

Is anyone else having this issue?
