Hey square i have a simple solution to balancing the hunts

Remove the weekly loot lockouts on SCoB by 2.35 instead of 2.4 and alow us to do it as many times as we want.

Sadly, people would still go for the easiest, most brainless path to get rewarded.... aka hunts.

Yeah but it would spark some interest into raiding.

Stupid. Hunts still broken.

I for one love the concept of Hunts and want to see them fixed for long term viability. Raid gear isn't the only issue here.

All SE has to do is add 1-2 points of useless stats to the raid gear and raise the iLevel by 5. Then, all hunt gear will be "trash" and people will raid again. People are way over-complicating things with these solutions.

Hunts just need a limit.
Put a cap on the amount of Allied Seals you can collect weekly and a cap on the amount of logs you can see drop weekly and problem solved.
Suggested caps...
Allied Seals: 2000.
Logs: 3.

I think unfortunately the time has passed for caps. If there were to be caps they would have been put in place weeks ago not at some point 4 weeks in. Applying a cap at this point will only hurt those who are doing the hunts now for their first set of logs for a sand, and really only prevent those who have been farming these at length slow down their acquisition of sands/oils for their alt classes. About the only course of action now is to change the amount of seals that come from the daily bills to make them more appealing, add amounts of seal to existing under utilized content, or add sands to ST and/or put them and oil in a separate loot lockout. The damage has already been done, so now its time to figure out how to make it work for those who haven't had a chance. (and increase the atma drop rate)

Why can't 2nd Coil (no turn/weekly lock) and Ramuh be put in solo queue Duty Finder?
What is the very special reason to force players to join statics that can only play at set times due to real life schedules?
Why can't we just queue up at a time convenient to US? That way players who choose not to join Hunt linkshells can play viable content before patch update.
So many players are just sitting around twiddling their thumbs waiting to start doing 2nd Coil and free Sands and Oil have not a single thing to do with it.
