Windows 8.1 cutscenes and closing game

Note: i searched and didn't find a relating thread.

Hi, i'm on windows 8.1 and throughout my game play i have been having problems with a lot of scenario cutscenes, 1/3 of the times while watching one the screen will go black, but audio continue, my way of fixing this is by tabbing to desktop then back in.

The other problem i am having is that when exiting FF the game stays open with a black screen, no audio or anything and has to be closed with task manager.

I wasn't sure whether these are graphical problems so i didn't post my DXDIAG, if needed i will post.
