The repair command is not working for some reason. I tried the command on two different people, and while it still does the animation for the repair, I keep getting the message "repair failed, unable to return item."
This happens when the item up for repair is not available for return into the players inventory. It is not so much a bug as a design flaw. If the person receiving repairs does not have the inventory space to accept the item back (100/100 full inventory) or if the person has in possession the same item which has a unique status where the player can hold only 1 of the same type, you get that message. It's most like the player is has a full bag and needs to make the proper space before you can repair the item. But I agree that this needs fixing.

Specify the speed of internet connection. (Example: 768Kbit/s, 5Mbit/s)
Date & Time:
Date and time of when the issue occurred. Please be sure to state the time zone of your region. (Example: Pacific Time = PST/PDT)
Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.
•What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
•Please do your best to write using official terms for item names and action names. Please avoid any abbreviations or improper terms.
•If you were using macro commands when the issue occurred, please include the details of the command.
•In case the error message appeared when the issue occurred, please include what the message said.
