Been getting this error non stop since trying to re-install this game. I've tried EVERYTHING
Disabling Anti-virus + Firewall
Port Forwarding
Running as Admin
Making sure Read-only is unchecked
RESTARTING
My router is fine and it's not on my ISP's end.
Has anyone else encountered this error? What can i do? ><
Can't even download the game!

Lol Port Forwarding.. that's a stretch.
Are you trying to patch or download the client?

Disabling does not remove filter drivers that can still interfere. Try uninstalling antivirus, antimalware and firewall software.
Also make sure Internet Exlorer settings are defaulted. -

Suddenly, after 13+ hours of trying, it works. No idea what i did. So i'm guessing it was an error on their end <.>

My sister ran into a similar problem.
We restarted her pc, the router, etc... then magically, after trying after some time it worked. Truly, I have no idea why this happened.
I hope SE does something about this....
